cloclo respects your privacy. This policy explains what data we process to provide the digital wardrobe service and how you can manage it.
Data we process
To provide the service, cloclo processes clothing, person, makeup, and hairstyle reference photos; generated avatars, beauty previews, and complete-look results; garment and appearance recipes; Apple sign-in account information; and an approximately one-kilometer location when you authorize it.
How we use data
We use this data to recognize and organize clothing, makeup, and hairstyles; create avatars; generate outfits, beauty previews, complete looks, and videos; provide weather-aware recommendations; sync account data; respond to feedback; and protect the service.
Service providers
Weather data is provided by Apple Weather and Apple handles Sign in with Apple. Person, clothing, makeup, hairstyle, and styling images may be sent to contracted AI model providers for recognition or generation. We require providers to process data only as instructed.
Storage and security
User media is stored privately and protected by account authorization. Data is retained until you delete the relevant item or account; operational logs are kept only as needed for security and troubleshooting.
Your choices
You can delete individual avatars, remove your weather location, or delete your account and all associated data in the app. Camera, photo library, and location permissions can be withdrawn in iOS Settings.
Children
Do not upload photos of minors without guardian consent. Obtain permission before uploading another person's photo.
AI features
cloclo uses AI to recognize garments, makeup, and hairstyles; redraw wardrobe assets; create avatars; and generate beauty previews, complete looks, outfit images, and daily recommendation media. Makeup and hairstyle references are used for styling traits only and should not transfer the reference person's identity. Results may contain visual differences; rely on real-world appearance and fit.
Data sent to models
Depending on the feature, compressed clothing photos, person references, makeup or hairstyle references, wardrobe asset images, structured appearance recipes, and text prompts may be sent for processing. Apple sign-in tokens, passwords, and unrelated account data are not sent.
Portrait rights
Upload only photos of yourself or people who have clearly authorized you. Do not impersonate others, infringe portrait rights, or create unlawful, harmful, or misleading content.
AI-generated content
Avatars, redrawn wardrobe images, try-on images, beauty previews, complete looks, and daily recommendation images are AI-generated or AI-edited. They should not be used for product sizing, medical decisions, identity verification, or other professional judgments.
